SUMMARY: In compliance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) (44

announces that EPA is planning to
submit a request to renew an existing
approved Information Collection
Request (ICR) to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB). This
request is to renew an ICR that will
expire on July 31, 2010.
