    Take notice that on March 25, 2010, Central Transmission, LLC 
(Central Transmission) filed a complaint against the PJM 
Interconnection L.L.C. (PJM) pursuant to section 206 of the Federal 
Power Act (FPA), alleging that Schedule 6 of the PJM Operating 
Agreement and Schedule 12 of the PJM Open Access Transmission Tariff
