Council Meeting will be maintained in
the Royal Gorge Field Office and will be
available for public inspection and
reproduction during regular business
hours within thirty (30) days following
the meeting. Meeting minutes and

SUMMARY: Pursuant to the Federal Land

Hot-Rolled Flat-Rolled Carbon-Quality
Steel Products From Brazil, Japan, and
Russia
AGENCY: United States International
Trade Commission.
ACTION: Institution of five-year reviews
concerning the countervailing duty
order on certain hot-rolled flat-rolled
carbon-quality steel products (‘‘hotrolled steel’’) from Brazil, the
antidumping duty orders on hot-rolled
steel from Brazil and Japan, and the
suspended investigation on hot-rolled
steel from Russia.
SUMMARY: The Commission hereby gives
notice that it has instituted reviews
pursuant to section 751(c) of the Tariff
Act of 1930 (19 U.S.C. 1675(c)) (the Act)
to determine whether revocation of the
countervailing duty order on hot-rolled
steel from Brazil, the antidumping duty
orders on hot-rolled steel from Brazil
and Japan, and the suspended
investigation on hot-rolled steel from
Russia would be likely to lead to
continuation or recurrence of material
injury. Pursuant to section 751(c)(2) of
the Act, interested parties are requested
to respond to this notice by submitting
the information specified below to the
Commission; 1 to be assured of

required if a currently valid Office of Management
and Budget (OMB) number is not displayed; the
OMB number is 3117–0016/USITC No. 10–5–212,
expiration date June 30, 2011. Public reporting
burden for the request is estimated to average 15
