SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: The Coordinating Council on Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, established pursuant to Section 3(2)A of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (5 U.S.C. App. 2) will meet to carry out its advisory functions under Section 206 of the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 2002, 42 U.S.C. 5601, et seq. Documents such as meeting announcements, agendas, minutes, and reports will be available on the Council’s Web page, https:// www.JuvenileCouncil.gov., where you may also obtain information on the meeting. Although designated agency representatives may attend, the Council membership is composed of the Attorney General (Chair), the Administrator of the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention (Vice Chair), the Secretary of Health and Human Services (HHS), the Secretary of Labor, the Secretary of Education, the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development, the Director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy, the Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation for National and Community Service, and the Assistant Secretary of Homeland Security for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Up to nine additional members are appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives, the Senate Majority Leader, and the President of the United States. Other federal agencies take part in Council activities including the Departments of Agriculture, Defense, the Interior, and the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration of HHS. Meeting Agenda The agenda for this meeting will include: (a) Reports from the Council’s Operations Committee and Issue Team; (b) presentations on juvenile information systems work and children’s exposure to violence and c) update on and discussion of reconstruction of the Juvenile Justice system in New Orleans. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, ConocoPhillips Co., Houston, TX; and Shell International Exploration & Production, Inc., Houston, TX have PO 00000 Frm 00113 Fmt 4703 Sfmt 4703 withdrawn as parties to this venture. The changes in its nature and objectives are: The period of performance has been extended to December 31, 2011. No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned activity of the group research project. Membership in this group research project remains open, and the participants intend to file additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership. (‘‘the Act’’), Joint Venture Agreement Between Cambridge Major Laboratories, Inc. and Konarka Technologies, Inc., in Furtherance of NIST Cooperative Agreement (Proposal Number 00–00–7749) (‘‘Cambridge and Konarka 00–00–7749’’) has filed written notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal Trade Commission disclosing (1) the identities of the parties to the venture and (2) the nature and objectives of the venture. The notifications were filed for the purpose of invoking the Act’s provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to actual damages under specified circumstances.     Notice is hereby given that, on February 25, 2010, pursuant to 
Section 6(a) of the National Cooperative Research and Production Act of 
1993, 15 U.S.C. 4301 et seq. (``the Act''), Southwest Research 
Institute (``SwRI''): Cooperative Research Group on Integrated 
Investigations of Faulting in Carbonate Strata has filed written 
notifications simultaneously with the Attorney General and the Federal 
Trade Commission disclosing changes in its membership, nature and 
objective. The notifications were filed for the purpose of extending 
the Act's provisions limiting the recovery of antitrust plaintiffs to 
actual damages under specified circumstances. Specifically, 
ConocoPhillips Co., Houston, TX; and Shell International Exploration & 
Production, Inc., Houston, TX have withdrawn as parties to this 
venture. The changes in its nature and objectives are: The period of 
performance has been extended to December 31, 2011.
    No other changes have been made in either the membership or planned 
activity of the group research project. Membership in this group 
research project remains open, and the participants intend to file 
additional written notifications disclosing all changes in membership.
    On September 10, 2007, Cooperative Research Group on Integrated 
Investigation of Faulting in Carbonate Strata filed its original 
notification pursuant to Section 6(a) of the Act. The Department of 
Justice published a notice in the Federal Register pursuant to Section 
6(b) of the Act on November 7, 2007 (72 FR 62870).
