Committee advises the Office of the
Assistant Secretary for Export
Administration on technical questions

Administration, with the concurrence of
the General Counsel, formally
determined on March 11, 2010 pursuant
to Section 10(d) of the Federal Advisory
Committee Act, as amended (5 U.S.C.
app. 2 § 10(d)), that the portion of this
meeting dealing with pre-decisional
changes to the Commerce Control List
and U.S. export control policies shall be
exempt from the provisions relating to
public meetings found in 5 U.S.C. app.

Council meeting will begin at 10 a.m.

approval of the minutes. From 10:15 am
– 12 noon and again at 1:30 pm 2:30 pm
they will receive public testimony on
exempted fishing permits (EFPs), if any
final; Framework Action for Greater
Amberjack and the Council will hold an
open public comment period regarding
any fishery issue of concern. People
wishing to speak before the Council
should complete a public comment card
prior to the comment period. From 2:30
p.m. – 2:45 p.m. the Council will
discuss Fisheries 101. From 2:45 pm 5:30 pm the Council will review and
discuss reports from the committee
meetings as follows: Budget;
Administrative Policy; Joint Budget/
Administrative Policy; Data Collection;
and Coastal Migratory Pelagics
(Mackerel) Management; Sustainable
Fisheries/Ecosystem.
Thursday, April 15, 2010 - From 8:30
a.m. – 10:30 a.m. the Council will
continue to review and discuss reports
from the committee meetings as follows:
Reef Fish Management; Shrimp
Management; Red Drum; SEDAR; and
AP Selection Committee. Other
