Enforcement Network is issuing this
notice to renew the control number for
the imposition of a special measure
against Banco Delta Asia, including its
subsidiaries Delta Asia Credit Limited
and Delta Asia Insurance Limited, as a
financial institution of primary money
laundering concern pursuant to the
authority contained in 31 U.S.C. 5318A.
Current Action: Renewal without
change for existing regulations.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved information
collection.
Affected Public: Business and other
for-profit institutions.
Burden: Estimated Number of
Respondents: 5,000.
Estimated Number of Responses:
5,000.
Estimated Number of Hours: 5,000.
An agency may not conduct or

respond to, a collection of information
unless it displays a valid control
number assigned by the Office of
Management and Budget. Records
required to be retained under the Act
must be retained for five years.
Generally, information collected
pursuant to the Act is confidential but
may be shared as provided by law with
regulatory and law enforcement
authorities.

this notice will be summarized and/or
included in the request for Office of
Management and Budget approval. All
comments will become a matter of
public record. Comments are invited on:
(a) Whether the collection of
information is necessary for the proper
performance of the functions of the

limited space, members of the public

auxiliary aid, must contact the Office of
Community Affairs at 202–906–7891 by
5 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday,
April 7, 2010, to inform OTS of their
desire to attend the meeting and to
provide the information that will be
required to facilitate entry into the OTS
building. To enter the building,
attendees should provide a government
issued ID (e.g., driver’s license, voter
registration card, etc.) with their full
name, date of birth, and address. The
purpose of the meeting is to advise OTS
on ways to meet the goals established by
section 308 of the Financial Institutions
Reform, Recovery, and Enforcement Act
of 1989 (FIRREA), Public Law 101–73,
Title III, 103 Stat. 353, 12 U.S.C. 1463
note. The goals of section 308 are to
preserve the present number of minority
institutions, preserve the minority
character of minority-owned institutions
in cases involving mergers or
acquisitions, provide technical
assistance, and encourage the creation
of new minority institutions. The
MDIAC will help OTS meet those goals
by providing informed advice and
recommendations regarding a range of
issues involving minority depository
institutions.
