ensure the container is tagged or labeled
indicating the name and address of the
approved producer or shipper, the name
of the State of origin, and the certificate

invitation number and bid opening date
on the outside of the bid envelope. The
information requested from bidders is
needed to identify bid envelopes from
other mail or packages received and to
ensure the bids are delivered to the
proper bid opening room on time and
prior to bid opening.

The Department of Veterans Affairs
(VA) gives notice under Public Law 92–
463 (Federal Advisory Committee Act)
that a meeting of the Advisory
Committee on Women Veterans will be
held on March 30–April 1, 2010, at the
Capital Hilton, 1001 16th Street, NW.,
Washington, DC, from 8:30 until 4:30
p.m. each day. The meeting is open to
the public.
The purpose of the Committee is to
advise the Secretary of Veterans Affairs
regarding the needs of women Veterans
with respect to health care,
rehabilitation, compensation, outreach,
and other programs and activities
administered by VA designed to meet
such needs. The Committee makes
