disaster for the State of Iowa (FEMA-1877-DR), dated February 25, 2010, 
and related determinations.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: Notice is hereby given that, in a letter 
dated February 25, 2010, the President issued a major disaster

Relief and Emergency Assistance Act, 42 U.S.C. 5121 et seq. (the 
``Stafford Act''), as follows:
