Title: Terminal Operator Report.
OMB Number: 1545–1734.
Form Number: 720–TO.
Abstract: Representatives of the motor
fuel industry, state governments, and
the Federal government are working to
ensure compliance with excise taxes on
motor fuels. This joint effect has
resulted in a system to track the
movement of all products to and from
terminals. Form 720–TO is an
information return that will be used by
terminal operators to report their
monthly receipts and disbursements of
products.
Current Actions: There are no changes
being made to the form at this time.
Type of Review: Extension of a
currently approved collection.
Affected Public: Business or other forprofit organizations.
Estimated Number of Respondents:
504,000.
Estimated Time per Respondent: 4

AGENCY: Internal Revenue Service (IRS),
Treasury.
ACTION: Notice and request for
comments.
SUMMARY: The Department of the
Treasury, as part of its continuing effort
to reduce paperwork and respondent
burden, invites the general public and
other Federal agencies to take this
opportunity to comment on proposed
and/or continuing information
collections, as required by the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995,
Public Law 104–13 (44 U.S.C.
3506(c)(2)(A)). Currently, the IRS is
soliciting comments concerning the Tip
Rate Determination Agreement (for use
by employers in the food and beverage
industry).
DATES: Written comments should be
received on or before May 10, 2010 to
be assured of consideration.

at 8:30 a.m. and end at 5 p.m. On April
23, the session will begin at 8 a.m. and
end at 12 noon. This meeting is open to
the public.
The purpose of the Committee is to
provide advice to the Secretary of
Veterans Affairs and the Under
Secretary for Health on all matters
pertaining to geriatrics and gerontology.
The Committee assesses the capability
of VA health care facilities and
programs to meet the medical,
psychological, and social needs of older
Veterans and evaluates VA programs
designated as Geriatric Research,
Education, and Clinical Centers.

advances in palliative care, and
