Tehama, Butte, Glenn, Colusa, Yolo,
and Sutter Counties, CA
AGENCY: Fish and Wildlife Service,
Interior.
ACTION: Notice of Availability; receipt of
application; reopening of comment
period.
SUMMARY: We, the U.S. Fish and
Wildlife Service (Service), recently
announced our receipt of an application
for an Enhancement of Survival Permit
from the Sacramento River Conservation
Area Forum (applicant) under the
Endangered Species Act of 1973, as
amended (Act). We now reopen the
comment period on this application and
the associated proposed safe harbor
agreement. If you have previously
submitted comments, please do not
resubmit them because we have already
incorporated them in the public record
and will fully consider them in our final
decision.
DATES: To ensure consideration, please
send your written comments by April 8,
2010.
