ACTION: Open meeting notice.
SUMMARY: Under the provisions of the
Federal Advisory Committee Act of
1972 (5 U.S.C., Appendix, as amended),
the Government in the Sunshine Act of
1976 (5 U.S.C. 552b, as amended), and
41 CFR 102–3.150, the Department of
Defense announces that the Advisory
Council on Dependents’ Education will
meet on April 30, 2010, in Wiesbaden,
Germany. Subject to the availability of
space, the meeting is open to the public.
DATES: The meeting will be held on
April 30, 2010, from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Central European Summer Time.

current operational qualities of schools,
the continuous improvement processes,
and other educational matters.
