SUMMARY: The next meeting of the
Defense Acquisition University (DAU)
Board of Visitors (BoV) will be held at
DAU Headquarters at Fort Belvoir,
Virginia. The purpose of this meeting is
to report back to the BoV on continuing
items of interest.
The meeting will be held on
February 24, 2010, from 1100 to 1300.

of Defense, pursuant to 41 CFR 102–
3.150(b), waives the 15-calendar day
notification requirement.
The meeting is open to the public;
however, because of space limitations,
allocation of seating will be made on a

DEPARTMENT OF DEFENSE
The purpose of the meeting is to
inform a strategic concept that links
ends, ways, and means in a manner that
will allow the US military to operate
effectively in a future operating
environment that is potentially resource
constrained.

Operating Environment, Quadrennial
Defense Review, and challenges related

Privacy Act of 1974; Notice of a
Computer Matching Program
AGENCY: Defense Manpower Data
Center, DoD.
ACTION: Notice of a computer matching
program.
SUMMARY: Subsection (e)(12) of the
Privacy Act of 1974, as amended, (5
U.S.C. 552a) requires agencies to
publish advance notice of any proposed
or revised computer matching program
by the matching agency for public
comment. The DoD, as the matching
agency under the Privacy Act is hereby
giving notice to the record subjects of a
computer matching program between
the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)
and DoD that their records are being
matched by computer. The purpose of
this agreement is to verify an
individual’s eligibility for receipt of
benefits under programs administered
by the Veterans Benefits
Administration.
DATES: This proposed action will
become effective March 26, 2010 and
matching may commence unless
changes to the matching program are
required due to public comments or by
Congressional or by Office of
Management and Budget objections.
Public comments must be received
before March 26, 2010.
