Abstract: The Bureau of Land
Management proposes to extend the
currently approved collections of
information, which enables the agency
to govern the compliance of Federal
timber purchase with timber export
restrictions. Also to determine whether
or not there was a substitution of
Federal timber for exported private
timber.
60-Day Notice: On August 20, 2009,
the BLM published a 60-day notice (74
FR 42090) requesting comments on the
proposed information collection. The
comment period ended on October 19,
2009. We did not receive any comments

notice or unsolicited comments from
respondents covered under these
regulations.
Current Action: This proposal is being
submitted to extend the expiration date
of February 28, 2010.
