response is on occasion (from one to
four times per year depending on the
task), and the burden hour per response
varies (it is from .25 (LOCCS vouchers)
to 40 hours (grant applications) for
various tasks).
Status of the proposed information
collection: This is a revision of a
previously approved collection.
Authority: The Paperwork Reduction Act
