licensee requests approval to lease to
Silver Star Development, LLC, 64.53
acres of project lands. Silver Star would
manage and maintain the lease area for
public access, and would rehabilitate an
existing building for use as a restaurant
and bait and tackle shop. The lease area
would further provide public access to
the lower Osage River for recreational
activities, and a public campground.
