SUMMARY: This notice announces EPA’s
receipt of an application 62097–EUP–R
from Fine Agrochemicals Ltd.
requesting an experimental use permit
(EUP) for the end-use product FAL
1800, containing the new biochemical
pesticide Prohydrojasmon (PDJ). The
Agency has determined that the permit
may be of regional and national
significance. Therefore, in accordance
with 40 CFR 172.11(a), the Agency is
soliciting comments on this application.
