Changes in the Estimates: There is a decrease of 5 hours in the total estimated burden currently identified in the OMB Inventory of Approved ICR Burdens. This decrease is due to the adjustment of number of responses associated with the recordkeeping for mass of virgin mercury added to cells. The decrease in Agency burden resulted from an adjustment to the number of initial compliance status and performance test reports requiring review.
