L. 92–463, 86 Stat. 770, 5 U.S.C. App. 1, Sec. 10), that the Acadia National Park Advisory Commission will hold a meeting on Friday, February 19, 2010. The Commission was established pursuant to Public Law 99–420, Sec. 103. These meetings are open to the public and will have time allocated for public testimony. The public is welcomed to present written or oral comments to the SRC. Each meeting will be recorded and meeting minutes will be available upon request from the park superintendent for public inspection approximately six weeks after each meeting. SUMMARY: This notice sets forth the date of the February 6, 2010
