Peninsula (AQAP), also known as alQa’ida of Jihad Organization in the
Arabian Peninsula, also known as
Tanzim Qa’idat al-Jihad fi Jazirat alArab, also known as al-Qa’ida
Organization in the Arabian Peninsula
(AQAP), also known as al-Qa’ida in
Yemen (AQY), also known as al-Qa’ida
in the South Arabian Peninsula.
Therefore, I hereby designate the
aforementioned organization and its
aliases as a foreign terrorist organization
pursuant to section 219 of the INA.
This determination shall be published
in the Federal Register.
