SUMMARY: This notice amends the notice
of a major disaster declaration for the
State of Louisiana (FEMA–1863–DR),
dated December 10, 2009, and related
determinations.

Effective Date: December 31,
2009.

of a major disaster declaration for the
State of Louisiana is hereby amended to
include the following areas among those
areas determined to have been adversely
affected by the event declared a major
disaster by the President in his
declaration of December 10, 2009.

Blackstone River Valley National
Heritage Corridor Commission: Notice
of Meeting
Notice is hereby given in accordance
with Section 552b of Title 5, United
States Code, that a meeting of the John
H. Chafee Blackstone River Valley
National Heritage Corridor Commission
will be held on Thursday, February 25,
2010.
The Commission was established
pursuant to Public Law 99–647. The
purpose of the Commission is to assist
federal, state and local authorities in the
development and implementation of an
integrated resource management plan
for those lands and waters within the
Corridor.
The meeting will convene on
February 25, 2010 at 9 a.m. at the
Woonsocket City Hall located at 169
Main Street, Woonsocket, RI for the
following reasons:
1. Approval of Minutes
2. Chairman’s Report
3. Executive Director’s Report
4. Financial Budget
5. Public Input
It is anticipated that about thirty
people will be able to attend the session
in addition to the Commission
members.
Interested persons may make oral or
written presentations to the Commission
or file written statements. Such requests
should be made prior to the meeting to:

Notice of Full Commission Meeting for
the John H. Chafee Blackstone River
Valley National Heritage Corridor
Commission
SUMMARY: In compliance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, the
Office of Surface Mining Reclamation
and Enforcement (OSM) is announcing
that the information collection request
for 30 CFR part 840—State Regulatory
Authority: Inspection and Enforcement,
has been forwarded to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for
review and approval. This information
collection request describes the nature
of the information collection and its
expected burden and cost.
DATES: OMB has up to 60 days to
approve or disapprove the information
collection requests but may respond
after 30 days. Therefore, public
comments should be submitted to OMB
by February 18, 2010, in order to be
assured of consideration.
