Council on Environmental Quality for
implementing the procedural provisions
of NEPA (40 CFR parts 1500-1508), (3)
USDA regulations implementing NEPA
(7 CFR part 1b), and (4) APHIS’ NEPA
Implementing Procedures (7 CFR part
372).

SUMMARY: Under the provisions of the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995 [Pub.
L. 104–13; 44 U.S.C. Chapter
3506(c)(2)(A)], this notice announces
that the information collection activity
titled, ‘‘Surveys and Other Audience
Research for Radio and TV Marti’’ has
been forwarded to the Office of
Management and Budget (OMB) for

review and comment. The Broadcasting
Board of Governors (BBG) is requesting
reinstatement of this collection for a
three-year period and approval of a
revision to the burden hours. The
information collection activity involved
with this program is conducted
pursuant to the mandate given to the
BBG (formerly the United States
Information Agency) in accordance with
Public Law 98–111, the Radio
Broadcasting to Cuba Act, dated,
October 4, 1983, to provide for the
broadcasting of accurate information to
the people of Cuba and for other
purposes. This act was amended by
Public Law 101–246, dated, February
16, 1990, which established the
authority for TV Marti.
DATES: Comments must be submitted on
or before February 16, 2010.

respondents (48), and 153 minutes (2.33
hours) for 120 Panel Group Study
respondents based on one panel study,
10 respondents per month for 12
months, including the time for
reviewing instructions, searching
existing data sources, gathering and
maintaining the data needed, and
completing and reviewing the collection
of information. Responses are voluntary
and respondents will be required to
respond only one time. Comments are
requested on the proposed information
collection concerning:
