The proposed information collection is published to obtain comments from the public and affected agencies. This proposed information collection was previously published in the Federal Register Volume 74, Number 200, page 53519 on October 19, 2009, allowing for a 60-day comment period. The purpose of this notice is to allow for an additional 30 days for public comment until February 8, 2010. This process is conducted in accordance with 5 CFR 1320.10. Abstract: The purpose of this collection is to ensure that records are available for tracing explosive materials when necessary and to ensure that limited permittees do not exceed their maximum allotment of receipts of explosive materials. (5) An estimate of the total number of respondents and the amount of time estimated for an average respondent to respond: There will be an estimated 5,000 respondents, who will spend approximately 5 minutes to receive, file, and forward the appropriate documentation.
