ASRC will also receive, enter data, copy, track, and distribute records in accordance with the TSCA Security Manual. Reports, at a minimum, are required semiannually. Burden Statement: The annual public reporting and recordkeeping burden for this collection of information is estimated to average 70 hours per response.
