ACTION: Notice of public meetings.
SUMMARY: The Caribbean Fishery
Management Council (Council) and its
Administrative Committee will hold
meetings.
DATES: The meetings will be held on
December 15–16, 2009. The Council
will convene on Tuesday, December 15,
2009, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., and the
Administrative Committee will meet
from 5:15 p.m. to 6 p.m. They will
reconvene on Wednesday, December 16,
2009, from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Privilege Program Advisory Panel.

Fish Limited Access Privilege Program
Advisory Panel will meet to discuss
issues related to the design, adoption,
implementation, and, evaluation of a
reef fish limited access program for the
commercial and recreational sectors.
