filed a formal complaint against MidAmerica Pipeline Company, LLC
(MAPL) pursuant to Rule 206 of the
Rules of Practice and Procedure of the
Commission, 18 CFR 385.206; the
Commission’s Procedural Rules
Applicable to Oil Pipeline Proceedings,
18 CFR 343.2 and sections 1(5), 8, 9, 13,
15 and 16 of the Interstate Commerce
Act, 49 U.S.C. App. §§ 1(5), 8, 9, 13, 15
and 16 (1988). FHR challenges the
justness and reasonableness of rate for
transporting butane, isobutane, natural
gasoline, naphtha and refinery grade
butane on MAPL’s Northern interstate
pipeline system and seeks the
prescription of new just and reasonable
rates and reparations and refunds, with
interest for the unjust and unreasonable
rates that MAPL has charged FHR in the
past for such shipments.
FHR certifies that copies of the
complaint were served on the contacts
for MAPL.
Any person desiring to intervene or to

accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of
the Commission’s Rules of Practice and
Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214).

Comment Date: 5 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday, December 3, 2009.
Any person desiring to intervene or to protest in any of the above
proceedings must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the
Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211 and
385.214) on or before 5 p.m. Eastern time on the specified comment
date. It is not necessary to separately intervene again in a subdocket
