DoD will provide manufacturers with itemized data on covered drugs purchased through TRICARE retail network pharmacies in order to obtain appropriate refunds on covered drugs delivered to TRICARE beneficiaries. The drug manufacturers will validate the refund. The manufacturers currently use information technology to download and decrypt their data and going forward will utilize the web-based system to obtain their data and submit their disputes.
