SUMMARY: The Audio Division at the
request of Georgia Eagle Broadcasting,
Inc. proposes the allotment of Channel
244A at Chester, Georgia, as its first
local service. A staff engineering
analysis indicates that Channel 244A
can be allotted to Chester consistent
with the minimum distance separation
requirements of the Rules with a site
restriction 0.7 kilometers (0.4 miles)
south of the community. The reference
coordinates are 32–23–14 NL and 83–
09–14 WL.
