This bonding authority is for the purpose of the construction, rehabilitation and repair of schools funded by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA). Distribution of the $400,000,000 of tax credit bonds will be in two tranches—$200,000,000 in calendar year 2009 and $200,000,000 in calendar year 2010.
