The Council will consider various issues associated with drinking water protection, water security, and research. DATES: The Council meeting will be held on November 11, 2009, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m., November 12, 2009, from 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m., and November 13, 2009, from 8 a.m. to noon Eastern Time. SUMMARY: This notice announces receipt of applications to register new uses for pesticide products containing currently registered active ingredients, pursuant to the provisions of section 3(c) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA), as amended.
