II. Method of Collection

produced by the dealer in the previous
year. The dealer needs only to fill in the
quantities, and add any new products,
before returning the form every year.
Processors have the option to use a
Web-based application that allows them
to submit the data electronically.

Background
On April 7, 2009, the Department of
Commerce (the Department) published a
notice of initiation of the administrative
reviews of the antidumping duty orders
on certain frozen warmwater shrimp
from Brazil, India and Thailand
covering the period February 1, 2008,
through January 31, 2009. See Certain
Frozen Warmwater Shrimp from Brazil,

On May 13, 2009, the Department
selected respondents for individual
examination in the reviews of certain
frozen warmwater shrimp from India
