Power Company (licensee) proposes to
permit the Linger Longer Development
Company (permittee) to construct six
community boat docks with 5 double
slips each, access walkways, and a

pedestrian bridge for use by residents of
Hall’s Crossing development. The
proposed facilities would impact a total
of 2.02 acres of project lands and would
be constructed along 2,180 linear feet of
shoreline. In addition, rip-rap would be
installed along the shoreline at each
dock location, and fish attractors would
be placed beneath each dock to enhance
fish habitat. In developing the
application, the licensee consulted with
the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service,
Georgia State Historic Preservation
Officer, and Georgia Department of
Natural Resources—Wildlife Resources
Division.
