See Notice of Amendment of Final Determinations of Sales at Less Than Fair Value and Antidumping Duty Orders: Certain Cut-To-Length CarbonQuality Steel Plate Products From France, India, Indonesia, Italy, Japan and the Republic of Korea, 65 FR 6585 (February 10, 2000). We received a timely request for review from Evraz Palini Bertoli S.p.A. (Palini), an Italian producer of the subject merchandise. On March 24, 2009, the Department published a notice of initiation of an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain cutto-length carbon-quality steel plate products from Italy with respect to Palini for the period February 1, 2008, through January 31, 2009. See Initiation of Antidumping and Countervailing Duty Administrative Reviews and Requests for Revocation in Part, 74 FR 12310 (March 24, 2009). The preliminary results of this administrative review are currently due no later than October 31, 2009. If it is not practicable to complete the review within these time periods, section 751(a)(3)(A) of the Act allows the Department to extend the time limit for the preliminary determination to a maximum of 365 days after the last day of the anniversary month. We determine that it is not practicable to complete the preliminary results of this review by the current deadline of October 31, 2009. During the course of the review, Palini has requested several extensions of time to file its questionnaire and supplemental questionnaire responses, which we granted in whole or in part.
