Notice; Agricultural Advisory
Committee Meeting
The Commodity Futures Trading
Commission’s Agricultural Advisory
Committee will conduct a public
meeting on Thursday, October 29, 2009.
The meeting will take place in the first
floor hearing room of the Commission’s
Washington, DC headquarters, Three
Lafayette Centre, 1155 21st Street, NW.,
Washington, DC 20581 from 9 a.m. to 1
p.m. At this meeting, the committee will
discuss convergence issues relating to
the Chicago Board of Trade’s wheat
contract.
The meeting is open to the public.
The meeting will be Web cast on the
Commission’s Web site, https://
www.cftc.gov. Members of the public
also can listen to the meeting by
telephone. The public access call-in
numbers are (866) 811–0403 (U.S.) and
(404) 537–3349 (International). When
calling in, please request Conference
No. 34979957. Any member of the
public who wishes to file a written
statement with the committee should
mail a copy of the statement to the

Register.

SUMMARY: The Hydrogen and Fuel Cell
Technical Advisory Committee (HTAC)
was established under section 807 of the
Energy Policy Act of 2005 (EPACT),
Public Law No. 109–58; 119 Stat. 849.
The Federal Advisory Committee Act,
Public Law No. 92–463, 86 Stat. 770,
requires that agencies publish notice of
an advisory committee meeting in the
Federal Register. To attend the meeting
and/or to make oral statements during
