12148, as amended, Michael R. Scott, of
FEMA is appointed to act as the Federal
Coordinating Officer for this disaster.
This action terminates the
appointment of Michael L. Karl as
Federal Coordinating Officer for this
disaster.

United States Housing Act of 1937;

AGENCY: Office of the Assistant
Secretary for Policy Development and
Research, HUD.
ACTION: Notice; correction.
SUMMARY: On September 14, 2009, HUD
published a notice requesting public
comment on whether HUD should
discontinue its ‘‘hold harmless’’ policy
with respect to Section 8 income limits.
In its discussion of the impact
discontinuing this policy, HUD
included an erroneous statistic
regarding the income levels of HUD
assisted households. This notice
corrects the statistic and extends the
public comment period.
