Phase Two will use the water from the penstocks to supply a bank of 14 Cornel Pump Turbines with a combined output of 600 kW. Phase Three will either use a bank of 28 Cornell Pump Turbines with a combined output of 1200 kW, or a pair of Francis turbines with an output between 900 kW and 1680 kW. The purpose of the project is to supply energy for the salmon facility and associated support infrastructure.
