coordinate critical infrastructure
protection.
The CIPAC will meet to discuss issues
relevant to the protection of critical
infrastructure. The October 7, 2009,
meeting will include panel discussions
between participating CIKR Sectors
regarding information sharing and
cybersecurity.

SUMMARY: In compliance with the
Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995, this
request for comments announces that
the U.S. Coast Guard is forwarding four
Information Collection Requests (ICRs),
abstracted below, to the Office of
Information and Regulatory Affairs
(OIRA), Office of Management and
Budget (OMB) requesting an extension
of its approval for the following
collections of information: (1) 1625–
0016, Welding and Hot Work Permits;
Posting of Warning Signs; (2) 1625–
0023, Barge Fleeting Facility Records;
(3) 1625–0027, Vessel Documentation;
and (4) Nondestructive Testing of
Certain Cargo Tanks on Unmanned
Barges. Our ICR describes the
information we seek to collect from the
public. Review and comments by OIRA
ensure we only impose paperwork
burdens commensurate with our
performance of duties.
