against Prairieland Energy, Inc
(Respondent) alleging that the
Respondent violated its service
agreement by failing to provide
information concerning the operation of
its behind-the-meter generation.
Complainant also assert that
Respondent was billed for service based
on net load rather than gross load in
violation of Midwest Independent
Transmission System Operator, Inc.
open access transmission tariff and
related business practice manuals.
Complainant states that a copy of the
complaint has been served on the
representatives of Respondent.
