Case History
On August 1, 2008, the Department
published a notice of an opportunity to
request an administrative review of the
order. See Antidumping or
Countervailing Duty Order, Finding, or
Suspended Investigation; Opportunity

FR 44966 (August 1, 2008). By August
31, 2008, the Department received
review requests for 20 companies from
Petitioners 2 and certain individual
companies. In addition, pursuant to 19
CFR 351.214(c), the Department also
received new shipper review requests
from SAMEFICO and Cadovimex II on
August 8, 2008, and, August 24, 2008,
respectively.
On September 30, 2008, the
Department initiated an antidumping
