web based meeting of the Standing
Scientific and Statistical Committee
(SSC).
DATES: The webinar meeting will
convene at 9:15 a.m. Eastern Time on
Wednesday, September 16, 2009 and is
expected to last two to four hours.

procedure, review and approval of the
terms of reference for the SEDAR 22
assessment of yellowedge grouper and
tilefish which will be conducted in
2010, and a discussion on holding a
future workshop on venting and
barotraumas of fishes.
Copies of the agenda and other related
materials can be obtained by calling

Although other non-emergency issues
not on the agenda may come before the
SSCs for discussion, in accordance with
the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery
Conservation and Management Act
(Magnuson-Stevens Act), those issues
