AGENCY: ACTION: SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) intends to conduct a recurring computer matching program matching Office of Personnel Management (OPM), civil service payment records with VA pension, compensation, and dependency and indemnity compensation (DIC) records. The goal of this match is to identify beneficiaries receiving VA income-dependent benefits and civil service retirement benefits in order to adjust VA incomedependent benefits payment as prescribed by law. The match will include records of current VA beneficiaries. SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given that the Department of Veterans Affairs 
(VA) intends to conduct a recurring computer-matching program matching 
Social Security Administration (SSA) Master Beneficiary Records (MBRs)
