Ozark Gas Transmission, LLC (Ozark)
filed a petition to terminate two
stipulation and consent agreements
between Ozark and the Commission’s
Enforcement Staff that limits Ozark’s
use of its blanket construction certificate
and imposes specific pre-construction
procedures.
Any person desiring to intervene or to
protest this filing in accordance with
