Commission amends 47 CFR part 73 as
follows:

SUMMARY: The Commission grants a
petition for rulemaking filed by the
Regents of the University of New
Mexico, the licensee of noncommercial
educational station KNMD–DT, DTV
channel *9, Santa Fe, New Mexico,
requesting the substitution of DTV
channel *8 for DTV channel *9 at Santa
Fe.
DATES: This rule is effective August 14,
2009.
