SUMMARY: The Commission has before it
a petition for rulemaking filed by
Multimedia Holdings Corporation
(‘‘MHC’’), the permittee of station
KNAZ–TV, channel 2, Flagstaff,
Arizona. MHC is currently operating on
its allotted pre-transition DTV channel
22 pursuant to Special Temporary
Authority (‘‘STA’’). MHC requests the
substitution of channel 22 for channel 2
at Flagstaff.
DATES: Comments must be filed on or
before August 28, 2009, and reply
comments on or before September 8,
2009.
