ACTION: Notice of a public meeting.

SUMMARY: The Caribbean Fishery Management Council's (CFMC) Scientific 
and Statistical Committee (SSC) will hold a meeting.

DATES: The SSC meeting will be held on August 31, 2009, from 9:30 a.m. 
until 5 p.m.
