    Take notice that on July 15, 2009, The City of Vernon (Vernon), 
California filed a Petition for Declaratory Order, pursuant to Rule 207 
of the Rules of Practice and Procedure of the Federal Energy Regulatory 
Commission, 18 CFR 385.207 (2008). The City of Vernon, California 
request the Commission to determine that when Vernon's Transmission 
Revenue Requirement (TRR) is incorporated into and reviewed

Corporation Transmission Access Charge (TAC), it will not affect the 
TAC's status as a just and reasonable rate and to the extent necessary,
