purpose of assisting HUD in designing
the pilot program, and does not imply
that HUD will be contracting with any
provider of automated credit evaluation
services for purposes of the pilot
program. Comments must be submitted
by the deadline date established in the
DATES section of this notice, and in
accordance with the instructions
contained in the ADDRESSES section of
this notice.
HUD will consider all public
comments in the development of the
pilot program. HUD will announce the
establishment of the pilot program in a
follow-up Federal Register notice that is
based on the consideration of these
comments.

DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR
SUMMARY: The Trinity Adaptive
Management Working Group (TAMWG)
affords stakeholders the opportunity to
give policy, management, and technical
input concerning Trinity River
(California) restoration efforts to the
Trinity Management Council (TMC).
The TMC interprets and recommends
policy, coordinates and reviews
management actions, and provides
organizational budget oversight. This
notice announces a TAMWG meeting,
which is open to the public.
DATES: TAMWG will meet from 9 a.m.
to 5 p.m. on Thursday, September 10,
2009.
The meeting will be held at
the Trinity County Library, 211 Main
