ACTION: Proposed rule. SUMMARY: EPA is proposing national emissions standards for control of hazardous air pollutants from prepared feeds manufacturing facilities. The proposed emissions standards for new and existing sources are based on EPA’s proposed determination as to what constitutes the generally available control technology or management practices for the area source category. If a hearing is requested on the proposed rules, written comments must be received by September 10, 2009.
