SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION: In a petition dated June 19, 2009, MBUSA requested exemption from the partsmarking requirements of the theft prevention standard (49 CFR part 541) for the SLK–Class Line Chassis vehicle line, beginning with the 2010 model year. The petition has been filed pursuant to 49 CFR part 543, Exemption from Vehicle Theft Prevention Standard, based on the installation of an antitheft device as standard equipment for an entire vehicle line. Under § 543.5(a), a manufacturer may petition NHTSA to grant an exemption for one vehicle line per model year. In its petition, MBUSA provided a detailed description and diagram of the identity, design, and location of the components of the antitheft device for the SLK–Class Chassis vehicle line. SUMMARY: Notice is hereby given of the following determinations: 
Pursuant to the authority vested in me by the Act of October 19, 1965 
(79 Stat. 985; 22 U.S.C. 2459), Executive Order 12047 of March 27, 
1978, the Foreign Affairs Reform and Restructuring Act of 1998 (112 
Stat. 2681, et seq.; 22 U.S.C. 6501 note, et seq.), Delegation of

included in the exhibition ``The Moon: Houston, Tranquility Base here.

custodians. I also determine that the exhibition or display of the 
exhibit objects at the Museum of Fine Arts, Houston, TX, in celebration

on or about September 27, 2009, until on or about January 10, 2010, and 
at possible additional exhibitions or venues yet to be determined, is
