The total installed capacity of the project would remain at 5.0 MW as currently authorized in the project license, and the total hydraulic capacity of the project would remain at 90 cubic feet per second as currently authorized in the project license. (ii) Amendment to License Articles: Haida Corporation proposes to modify or delete Articles 201, 301, 413, and 414 to the extent that they reference twophase construction. l.
