SUMMARY: The New England Fishery Management Council (Council) is scheduling a public meeting of its Research Steering Committee (Committee), in August, 2009, to consider actions affecting New England fisheries in the exclusive economic zone (EEZ). Recommendations from this group will be brought to the full Council for formal consideration and action, if appropriate. Results of the RSC’s review session will be reported to the full Council at it’s September meeting in Plymouth, MA. Although non-emergency issues not contained in this agenda may come before this group for discussion, those issues may not be the subject of formal action during this meeting. Action will be restricted to those issues specifically listed in this notice and any issues arising after publication of this notice that require emergency action under section 305(c) of the Magnuson-Stevens Act, provided the public has been notified of the Council’s intent to take final action to address the emergency. IPR listed in the original application specific component/product manufacturing which would be performed at the outset and also listed categories of components and products which might be sourced from abroad in the future. IPR has now informed the Board that future production will involve the use of an imported ingredient that was not specifically listed as a foreign-sourced component in the original manufacturing request. The company intends to use a foreignsourced active ingredient, AZD0530 difumarate (HTSUS 2934.99.3000— 6.5%), in production of difumarate tablets (HTSUS 3004.90.9115—dutyfree).
